Return Window

We offer a 15–20 day return policy, which means you have 15 to 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags (if applicable).

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns requested after 20 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and protect both customers and our business, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your package.

The unboxing video should show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The condition of the product received

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may require the unboxing video as proof to process your replacement or refund request.

Claims regarding damage or missing items without video proof may not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages, Defective Items & Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing video proof

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.


 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you received.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Situations
